Gallery Place
Gallery Place, developed and financed by principals of Castle Rock while at other firms, was the first and largest tax increment financing (TIF) project completed in the District of Columbia. Our principal, while at a different firm, managed the design and ongoing construction and arranged and completed $67 million construction financing for the project. This project received "The Office Building of the Year" honor in 2005.
