Timothy L. Kissler
Mr. Kissler has more than 24 years of experience managing the development and construction of more than $750 million in real estate development projects, consistently completing projects profitably, on time and within budget.

Mr. Kissler has simultaneously managed the design and construction of more than $156 million in real estate projects, including a 330,000 SF office project and six industrial (manufacturing and distribution) facilities totaling 1.2 million SF.  He has managed the design and construction of more than 28 million SF of industrial facilities including warehouse and manufacturing buildings in twelve US states.  Mr. Kissler has simultaneously managed up to 50 design professional (architectural, engineering, surveying, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, telecommunication, security, landscape and specialty consultants).

Mr. Kissler’s responsibilities have included the complete development process of each of his projects.  These responsibilities included site acquisition, negotiation of joint venture agreements, finance, design, construction, leasing and sale.  Mr. Kissler’s recent projects while at a previous firm, include the following:

  • Gallery Place, a mixed-use project in the East End submarket of Washington, DC, next to the MCI arena. Mr. Kissler managed the development of this 1 million SF project, including securing $275 million in financing.
  • 1201 Eye Street, NW, a 269,000 RSF office building located in the Central Business District (CBD) in Washington, DC.  Mr. Kissler arranged and completed $67 million construction financing for the project.
  • 1225 Eye Street, NW, Mr. Kissler managed the renovation of this 219,000 RSF office building in the CBD in Washington DC. 
  • Riverside, a 2 million SF mixed-use project in Southwest Washington DC.  Mr. Kissler negotiated the joint    venture agreement for the project. 
  • Constitution Square, a 2 million RSF office project in the NoMa sub-market of the District of Columbia
  • 1330 G Street, NW, Mr. Kissler was responsible for the design, marketing and sale of this 65,000 SF office building site.
