Our 175,000 SF Howard Road project will be the first phase of a project that brings a new energy as a 24-hour-destination with nightlife, dining, retail, hotel office and residential within steps of a subway station and minutes from downtown DC and the DC Capitol. Our project is easily accessible by transit and with strong connections to commercial activity on Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, residential development at Poplar Point will help reconnect the historic Anacostia neighborhood back to the river after which it was named. Local Government has planned a $4 billion waterfront development and will introduce a 70-acre waterfront cultural park which will serve as a green gateway to the Anacostia River Parks. Howard Road at Anacostia will be the first phase of a 4.3 million SF mixed-use development proposed for the Poplar Point Waterfront.
